The Arc Quilt was stitched using the Quilt As You Go Method. My New Arc Quilt 2 is a quilt that is marked into blocks and stitched as a whole quilt then using the TempLeeQuilt Techinique.
It uses the same block stitch patterns but is cut away to reveal a very different look. You could make it bigger by adding a border when marking the quilt.
This 60" x 60" Quilt is made by just using the Westalee Design 12” Arc Ruler and foot.
Hope you have fun stitching it, would love to see pictures when you have completed it. - Susan
Hi, I'm Susan Moore, A Westalee Design Accredited Teacher.
"The Arc Quilt was an idea after my last pattern. The 9 Block Sample Quilt was so warmly received. Many people who bought that pattern asked if I could do one that was bigger and could resemble a Wholecloth Quilt but not made in one piece, but a quilt as you go. I set to work on this one, made up of blocks that are quilted and then sashed together to make one big quilt.
You can add more blocks or borders, it gives you scope to add your own touch.
Again this is made by just using the Westalee 12” arc ruler the one that comes with the foot.
Hope you have fun stitching it, would love to see pictures when you have completed it." - Susan Moore
