In this course you will learn how to turn a corner with the Westalee Border Sampler Set. We will also delve into some additional borders that are suitable for either regular ruler stitching or templee for a special touch to your quilt. This will be a Zoom class with recordings to review at your convenience. I like the Zoom platform so we can interact in real time and from the comfort of your own sewing studio (or dining room table as I used for many years). We will discuss some of the math that goes into borders and how to make a corner for a border as well as ensuring a smooth transition of design. This is a Zoom platform class meaning that the class is offered live from the comfort of your own home. You will have the ability to ask questions and receive answers in real time. Each instructional portion of the classes will be recorded and uploaded to the University so that you will have the class always available to you. The class is focused on design, meaning that we will use different templates to make different shapes and fills. While we will be working with specific templates, there is no need to have each template listed. We will work with what you have. Seating is limited to 25 students and will fill quickly.
